LOOKING FOR A GOOD JOINT SUP, NOT SURE WHATS OUT THERE BESIDES TONS AND TONS OF BRANDS. I HAVE BEEN LIFTING NOW FOR LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS, AND THINGS HAVE BEEN COMING ALONG NICELY, I NOTICED STRENGTH IN A LOT OF AREAS, NO REAL PAIN IN UPPER BODY AREAS, BUT I DO SQUAT 3 DAYS AT MOST A WEEK AND MY KNEES ARE SOME WHAT SORE, NOT SORE TO THE POINT ANYTHINGS SERIOUSLYS WRONG, GOD HOPE NOT, BUT JUST YOUR REGULAR SORENESS, IS THERE A GOOD JOINT SUP OUT THERE THAT WORKS GREAT FOR RECOVERY? TRICKS, TIPS ON MOBILITY ? THANKS !

Animal Flex would be my goto. You could make your own up, mine would be fish oil and calcium.
