Ben Rice Lectures on Strength 2 of 3Posted on 4/29/2014

This is part 2 of 3: I was asked by a college strength and condition professor to fill in for him today as a guest lecturer and discuss strength training and programming for his CSCS prep course. I got the request and had about an hour and a half to prep my lecture so it's pretty basic, but it was a good first speaking experience for me and I received some good responses from the people in the class. I'll include a digital copy of the handout I made for the discussion so anyone who wants can follow along with the main points
